John Lynch founded Lynch Financial Group LLC in 1989. A former tax partner with the international certified public accounting firm, Deloitte, he has more than 45 years of experience in the financial planning, investment advisory, tax planning, and accounting fields. He is past treasurer of gubernatorial and statewide ballot issue campaigns.

John is a member of the Financial Planning Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and CFA Institute. He holds a B.A. in accounting from The Ohio State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM professional and Chartered Financial Analyst^®.

John has three sons and five grandchildren, who all live in Columbus. In his spare time, he enjoys portrait clay sculpting, gingerbread house projects with his grandchildren, and reading.
